Jobs of tomorrow

Constructions-3D is a french machine manufacturer of 3D concrete printers for large scale applications. Construction 3D printing is growing fast and require more skilled users.

Concrete 3D printer pilot operators are highly skilled professionals who operate specialized machines capable of producing complex and customized concrete structures. These machines work by using a 3D printing method that layers successive layers of concrete to construct architectural elements such as walls, columns, or even entire buildings.

One of the most significant advantages of concrete 3D printing is its speed and efficiency. Thanks to this technology, the construction of a building can be completed faster and with less waste, making it more environmentally friendly. Concrete 3D printer pilot operators are responsible for material preparation, printer parameter adjustment, monitoring the printing process, and equipment maintenance.

This profession requires a combination of technical and artistic skills. Concrete 3D printer pilot operators must master 3D modeling and printer control software, understand the properties of concrete, and be able to interpret complex architectural plans. They must also have a developed sense for aesthetics to ensure that the printed structures meet clients' expectations in terms of design and quality.

Concrete 3D printing opens up new possibilities in the construction industry. Concrete 3D printer pilot operators contribute to the realization of innovative projects such as more affordable buildings, sustainable bridges, and unique architectural elements. Their expertise allows them to push the boundaries of traditional design and explore new forms and materials.

Taking part to make education on automation of construction more accessible is the main objective that lead us to associate with GRETA.

GRETA are public education establishments for adults led by France's Ministry of Education.
